Patricia Ing has been part of the team since early 2022. She is typically the first person you meet when you enter our office or the person booking you in for your appointments. Patricia is currently completing the Canadian Certified Optometric Assistants program in order to expand her knowledge within the office. 

While new to the optometry field, she has had previous schooling in travel and tourism and holds a certificate in travel operations and hotel services. She has also worked as an event planner, esthetician, and barista. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys relaxing on the beach and would like to travel and visit more countries in the future.

Dynamic, caring, professional and sociable with an eye for style - Sukaina Keshavji has been a Registered Optician since 2002. Sukaina, better known to her patients and colleagues as Kenny, is highly enthusiastic and passionate about giving back to her profession as she continues to mentor and train Student Opticians. Kenny is an active member of the Ontario Opticians Association and The College of Opticians and has held the position of examiner for the National Alliance of Canadian Optician Regulators (N.A.C.O.R). With her extensive knowledge of innovations in technology and trending products, Kenny has developed her expertise in soft and multifocal contact lenses. She takes pride in ensuring each of her patients receives high quality customized care, and a unique optical experience.

Kenny has an innate passion for helping the underprivileged in her community. She loves travelling across the globe engaging with locals, experiencing eclectic food and different cultures. She looks forward to taking her passion and optical knowledge abroad to do charity work alongside her husband and son.
